There are four different wolves that you can have. There is not an unlimited amount of each wolf allowed. In order for the foroum to run smoothly there is a limited amount of each type of wolf allowed. I will regulate the wolf type populations.
Fighter (Least Common)– Built to withstand a beating, Fighters are brawny and the lesser intelligent ones of their species. They generally have a very short fuse and have a need to fight. They are mostly recruited into the army. Yes there is a small army that the Royal family has to protect them with. When they are grown and their potential is realized they are enhanced to toughen their legs. Fighters may be found wearing light armor and covered in many scars. Fighters do not worry very much about the color of their fur and are generally not very colorful.
Shaman/seer (Less Common)– The most complicated type of wolf. They can see glimpses of the future in their dreams, but not on command and can also perform many rituals to enhance wolves with certain features or colors of fur. Shamans tend to have more than the average amount of jewelry donning their bodies and lots of colors. The Royal Family always has one shaman working for them, but there are few among the public doing enhancements for food, since they are not built to hunt.
Hunter (Common)– Built for agility and speed, hunters can run up to 80 miles per hour for up to two minutes. They have heightened sense of smell to track their prey easier and their paws are large with long, sharp claws. They have a high jaw pressure and generally hunt in groups of three. They are one of the smarter types of their species. They can work out strategies quickly in their heads and their sense of hearing is also acute. They have a wide vocal range to communicate during a hunt; their range can go above the range that most of their prey can hear so that it will not affect the hunt. Hunters are social beings and therefore spend lots of time with other hunters in their spare time. They wear lots of decorations around their necks and legs; some including wraps and others claws of prey as trophies of hunts. Hunters are known to have few colors to their fur, but some may be more colorful than others.
Commoner (Most Common)- There is nothing very special about the general commoner. They vary greatly in personalities and colors. Many choose to have lots of colors while others don’t like so many. Commoners spend their time raising pups, which are born year round and litter sizes are only up to four pups at a time. They also build dens, and spend their time helping the local shamans and hunters in any way possible. Personalities and skills vary greatly with commoners.
